3 Account Management
3.1 Login Credentials Security

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at join 9 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Terms

6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once confirmed, the outcome of a bet or game cannot be changed. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error or loss of internet connection, join 9 will make an appropriate decision after investigation.
6.2 Sports Betting
Odds offered for cricket, football, and other sports are subject to change and may be updated until an event begins. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, decisions will be made in accordance with join 9's operating policy.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) or the provider's certified software. Game outcomes are entirely fair. If a connection issue occurs during a game, logging back in should restore the game state — however, this depends on the game provider's system.
6.4 Maximum Win Limit
